Very dirty room, hair on floor, bedtables sticky and had things spilled on them, rust in bathtub,

Room was extremely dirty we was literally the only ones there my girlfriend didn't feel safe so we left the first night.

Allows pets, close to highway, 24/7 check-in

We stay here almost every year. Each year, the hotel has significantly dropped in quality. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and dog, linens/towels and walls had stains, and the room overall was falling apart. Not staying again.

The location was good. Staff was not helpful, not friendly and seemed totally bored. The room was not clean, and the floor was covered with sand. The railing on the stairs was falling off. Worse Red Roof Inn I have ever stated at.

I had booked here because I have pets and it said they were pet friendly. When we arrived, they allowed only one pet and charged me $25 for the second pet.

The beds were Not comfortable sheets it looks they were not clean,No continental breakfast like it saids....I found dead flies on the floor and one in the bed....

Room was dirty and smelled. You could see dirt stains on floor.

Room was Good size

They used Covid as an excuse to not provide food, Ref, in room was rusted. The peal and stick flooring was coming up. Would have never thought $--- would get so little.

Easy to get too off I-81

There¿s a long list . The towels were stained ,there was hair in the tub , there was dirt on the tub caulk seams . The room needed painted , the wood flooring multiple gaps , the lights were unplugged because the bed covered the only outlet . Run down

Very nice staff and the rooms far cleaner than others of it's kind.

Staff gave me key to dirty room twice, locked the bfast room when they saw me coming for coffee at 8:55. Room was dirty. Man working night was out of it got wrong key 3 times. Will never go back there

Hallway carpet was filthy. Pool non operational and no breakfast and very limited time to get coffee from the lobby

Room exceedingly cold upon entry caulking around windows letting hair in set ac at 94 degrees to make comfortable will never stay at red roof again Had to take blankets off both beds to be used on one to stay warm

Large room with couch. Was to be on 4th floor, manager saw wife on crutched and moved us to lobby floor first room. VERY nice man!

The room was pretty dirty. I had some cleaning wipes and used them to wipe the surfaces down.

Location is the best thing about this hotel.

Cleanliness is definitely the weak point at this hotel. Sitting dirt on the floor of the room and bathroom and multiple hairs in the shower are a couple examples. No breakfast, even though advertised as included, was also very poor.

The laminate floor covering in the room was not glued down and was a trip hazard ! No breakfast available ! The bathroom door locking device was capable of locking you inside the bathroom and not letting you out !
